Westcapades tour operator France is a professional licensed travel agency
registered by the french state government with this number 022.01.0001, active
select member with the only official association of french travel agents(checking
on www.snav.org “find your agency”).
Westcapades has got several references now with groups from several countries,
business companies, associations, american travel agencies and tour operators,
which can be seen on our website, plus others on request.
Terms and conditions are based on the french law n°92645 from 13/07/92
and n°94490 from 15/06/94,
Bookings:
We need your booking to confirm all services (minimum 2 tourist services),
still in a package or a full-inclusive pack.
It is still necessary to confirm by fax, letter or email (which is the best,
if you want to save time, and be sure having availibitlities). Westcapades
will send you a travel agent contract, where we need at least your name and
number of people, detailed services, complete adress/direct phone of the tour
leader or a member of your family. You will have to reply with it, with a
date and your signature, plus a deposit (see above “payment”) to
confirm services asked.
In case of amendment or cancellation by clients, and if finally number of
people registered is insufficient, Westcapades will be obliged to cancel services
and will refund you according to the cancellation policy (see above).
Conditions
of payment:
We need a 30 % deposit as a confirmation, by credit card (mastercard or visacard
only), bank transfer, or cheque in euro only. The balance will have to be
paid at least 1 month before departure. If you book services with Westcapades
less than 30 days before departure, Westcapades will ask you a 100% payment
to confirm your package.For an important amount the best and a safest solution
is to wire the money to our bank using a bank transfer with all our following
details :

Cancellation
policy:
In case of cancellation by the client, the expenses will be:
More than 30 days before departure: 15 euro per pers
30 to 21 days before departure: 25 % of the total amount
20 to 10 days before departure: 75 %
from 09 days to dday: 100 % .
